
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cups of canna-butta, softened
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of mashed bananas
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the canna-butta and sugar, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Separately mix bananas with lemon juice and add to the first mixture. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together, then mix all ingredients together. Fold in chopped nuts. Spread into a greased breadpan and bake for 75 minutes at 375 degrees.
